I, Ann Williams (owner), of 913 2nd Ave., Tybee Island, GA 31329, wish to act as my own contractor. There will be no changes from the original permits or drawings. Gene Miles of Tybee Island will be the subcontractor for completing the necessary carpentry work begun by D C Construction on the converted screen porch and will construct the new screen porch.
