Dear Chuck:
Please be advised that as of 7/31/ 06 Statewide Construction /DC Construction (Darren
Michaels, ChuckBurgoon) is no longer my contractor and work has been suspended. I,
Ann Williams (owner), of 913 2nd Ave., Tybee Island, GA 31329, wish to act as my own
contractor. There will be no changes from the original permits or drawings. Gene Miles
of Tybee Island will be the subcontractor for completing the necessary carpentry work
begun by D C Construction on the converted screen porch and will construct the new
screen porch. I am in the process of contacting the electrical, plumbing and HVAC
subcontractors and will get their names to you as soon as possible.
