Ii AUTHORIZING DONATION OF A SCRAP GENERATOR
FROM BOROUGH FIRE HOUSE 113 TO BOY SCOUT TROOP 88
WHEREAS, the Borough Fire Department has agreed to donate an inoperable scrap
generator to Boy Scout Troop #88 for use at their Boy Scout Camp; and
WHEREAS, by donating this generator, the Borough and the Borough Fire Department,
makes no expressed or implied warranty and it is understood that the above mentioned
generator is scrap and does not work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that the donation of a generator to
Boy Scout Troop #88 is hereby authorized.
Adopted this 18" day of June, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 19, 2015.
