3 Works Room in the Municipal Building .in said City. . Presi.dent Mills
4 presided with the following members present: Messrs. Ahaus ,
5 Austerman', Cornett, Merchanthouse,. Paus,t and Wil-liams. Absent :
6 Carter and Elstro. The following business was had, to-wit:.

8 President Mills explained the purpose of this special meeting is
9 • to read this additional appropriation: ordinance. in order to have
10 it advertised' and .have it placed on :public .hearing... Council is
11 under no. obligation• on ,this appropriation. . :

13 Councilman Austerman moved to 'suspend the rules and read on first
14 reading by title only Ordinance.: No. 3l25-1976, se:conded:by. Counci 1-
15 man Merchanthouse. and •on. unanimous voice vote the motion was
16 carried. .
