Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilman Bryan Pope to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Henry, Mihalevich, Luebbert, Pope, and Prather
Absent:None
Councilman Bryan Pope convened the meeting at 8:00 P.M., and opened the floor for
nominations of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Bill Luebbert nominated Councilman Bryan Pope as Chairman,
seconded by Councilman Rick Prather. There being no further nominations brought
forward, the election of Councilman Bryan Pope was approved unanimously by voice
vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilman Rick Prather nominated Councilman Bill Luebbert as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Rick Mihalevich. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Bill Luebbert was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Rick Prather for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Rick
Mihalevich, and approved unanimously at 8:05 P.M.
