PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, NOVEMBER 3, 1975
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular
2 session November 3, 1975 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council
3 Chambers in the Municipal Building in said City. President Merchanthouse
4 presided with the following members present: Messrs. Brown, Cornett,
5 Elstro, Geier, Hilton, Marino, Mills and Williams. Absent: None. The
6 following business was had to-wit:

8 Councilman Williams moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting,
9 seconded by Councilman Mills and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
10 carried.

12 Councilman Brown presented a petition regarding the culdesac at the
13 North 20th Street Bridge which the Board of Works will take under study.

15 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
16 the meeting was adjourned.
