THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, AUGUST 15,2002
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5 p.m.Thursday,August
15, 2002, in the Community Room in the Municipal Building. Chairperson Bob Goodwin presided with
Robin Henry in attendance. Bruce Metzger and Assistant City Attorney Steve Rabe was absent. The
following business was conducted:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Henry made a motion to approve the minutes for August 1, and August 8, 2002, second by Goodwin and
the motion was carried on a voice vote.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
Henry presented claims from the Finance Department for$46,772.91 and made a motion to accept,
second by Goodwin and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
BID AWARDS
A. Goodwin recommended approval for the one bid that was received on a survey for a legal
description of Lot#5, Midwest Industrial Park and that was from Beal Surveying in the
amount of$600.00. Henry so moved, second by Goodwin and the motion was carried on
a voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, and carried on a voice
vote, the meeting was adjourned.
