THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,JANUARY 10, 2002
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5 p.m. Thursday, January
10, 2002, in the Community Room in the Municipal Building. Chairperson Bob Goodwin presided with
Robin Henry and Bruce Metzger present. The following business was conducted:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Henry moved to approve the minutes of December 13 and December 20, 2001 and January 3, 2002,
second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
Goodwin presented claims for payment from the Finance Department in the amount of$307,825.76 and
moved for approval, second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
CONTRACT
A. Goodwin read a letter from Street Commissioner Gordon Moore recommending that
Personal Touch be awarded the street department cleaning contract in the amount of
$4,440. Henry moved to approve, second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a
voice vote.

ADJOURNMENT •
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, and carried on a voice
vote, the meeting was adjourned.
