AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR A PICK-UP TRUCK
WHEREAS, there is a need fbr a pick-up truck; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to bid for said pick-up truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for a pick-up truck.
Adopted this 6th day of May, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on May 7, 1999.
