You are hereby directed to make the herein -described changes from the plans and specifications or
do the following described work not included in the plans and specifications on this contract.
DESCRIPTION
1. COR#1 — Re-routing of sink plumbing and associated wall repair. Furnish and install countertop
with sink and faucet in Engineering Department kitchen area.
REASON
1. Directed by City. Necessary to provide ease of maintenance in future and provide standard
plumbing setup for countertop and faucet.
COST
Payment for this change shall be, per Section 2, "Scope of the Work", of the Standard Specifications
for Public Works Construction at the agreed upon negotiated price, which shall constitute full
compensation, including all markups for this change and no additional payment will be made.
