Immediately following 6:00 PM City Council Meeting

Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilman Bob Scrivner to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Bray, Luebbert, Schulte, Scrivner, and W eber
Absent:None
Councilman Bob Scrivner convened the meeting at 8:05 P.M., and opened the floor for
nominations of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Shawn Schulte nominated Councilman Bob Scrivner as
Chairman, seconded by Councilman Ralph Bray. There being no further nominations
brought forward, the election of Councilman Bob Scrivner was approved unanimously by
voice vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilman Shawn Schulte nominated Councilman Bob Weber as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Bill Luebbert. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Bob Weber was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Ralph Bray for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Bill
Luebbert, and approved unanimously at 8:10 P.M.
