All positions designated as"Union"are established as a flat amount herein based on a negotiated union contract - • • TEMPORARY AND PART-TIME • In addition to the positions set forth above,the Board of Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District may authorize temporary,part-time or seasonal employees provided that there are funds in the budget • The Richmond Sanitary Board of Commissioners shall set compensation for these employees within the range from$7.25 to$15.00 per hour. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION In addition to the salaries set forth above(with the exception of Board Members)employees shall be entitled to the same fringe benefits as set forth within the City of Richmond Personnel Policy or as stated in negotiated contracts.
