WHEREAS, on September 27, 2023 the Board of Adjustment reviewed a proposed variance request for the above described parcel in accordance with Section 19-1-330 of the Fraser Land Development Code; and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment may grant a variance only to the extent it finds certain conditions, where relevant to the subject property and adjacent neighborhood or district are present; and WHEREAS, the Board found, based on the findings and rationale presented in the Staff Report, the variance request does not meet the conditions necessary for granting a variance; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fraser Board of Adjustments has voted to DENY this variance request.
