REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
April 24, 2013
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Nimri called the Public Safety Commission meeting to order at 7:30
p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioner - Clift, Redmond, Stratis, Nimri
Absent: Commissioner - None
Excused: Commissioner - Haddad
Also Present: Public Safety Officer Ariizumi, Management Analyst
Santilena, Community Preservation Officer Aceves, Office
Assistant Scott, Public Safety & Services Secretary Monroy,
Deputy Adams.
Commissioner Clift made a motion to excuse Commissioner Haddad for cause,
seconded by Vice Chairman Stratis and unanimously carried.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Clift led those present in the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA - None
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Redmond made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar,
seconded by Commissioner Clift and unanimously carried.

lack of a second. Commissioner Redmond made a motion to uphold the
