SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, APRIL 30, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of April 30, 2013, was convened at 5:00 P.M. at 118 East
High Street.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Branch, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Prather, and Schulte
Absent: Bray, Mihalevich, and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
ELECTION OF PRESIDING OFFICER
In the absence of both Mayor Eric Struemph and President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner ,
Councilman Shawn Schulte nominated Councilwoman Carrie Carroll to preside over the
meeting, seconded by Councilman Rick Prather, and approved unanimously.
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Presiding Officer, Councilwoman Carrie Carroll, stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of
the Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion to go into Closed
Session at this time to discuss the following:
a. Real Estate [Sec. 610.021.(2)]
The motion was made by Councilwoman Carrie Carroll, seconded by Councilman
Shawn Schulte, and approved by the following roll-call vote:
Aye: Branch, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Prather, and Schulte
Nay: None
