ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present When Convened: Branch, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte, and Scrivner Absent: Bray A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Presentations from Gallery on Miscellaneous Topics: Mayor Struemph indicated that several citizens have signed up to speak tonight on the issue of the City’s Transit system, and since there is nothing specific on the agenda about that issue, they would be listed at item 19 on the agenda, towards the end of the meeting. He stated that, unless the Council objects, he would like to allow those persons to speak earlier in the meeting. There were no objections. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
