AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , finds that certain
property in the custody of the Finance Department described below is surplus property,
and as such represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance , and that the
property is no longer needed for any public purpose.

Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to offer the unit as trade-in
for the purchase of new equipment.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
