IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Depmlment of Personnel called for an examination for
the position of
FIRE PROTECTION SUBCODE OFFICIAL
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment, dated April 22, 1999 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
RICHARD GREENBERG
is eligible for appointment to the position of
F1RE PROTECTION SUBCODE OFFICIAl,
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT 1S HEREBY RESOLVED that
RICHARD GREENBERG
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
FIRE PROTECTION SUBCODE OFFICIAL
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
APRiL 22, 1999
as provided by law, effective APRIL 22, 1999
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith to
the New Jersey Department of Personnel, P.O. Box 316, Trenton, NJ 08625-0316.
Adopted this 6th day of May, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on May 7. 1999.
