APPROVING ENTERGENCY REPAIRS
ROLL OFF TRUCK
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has advised the Governing Body that emergency
repairs need to be performed to the Borough Roll-Off Truck; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has advised that said repairs to the Roll -Off Truck are
necessary for the Recycling Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that emergency repairs be done
by Cambria Automotive Companies to the above described Roll-Off Truck at a cost not
to exceed $10,426.00 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough Engineer and the Borough's purchasing Department to effectuate the purposes
expressed herein.
Adopted this 13 day of July, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 14, 2015.
