AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
October 21, 2021
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Thursday,
October 21, 2021 in the auditorium at the Richmond Power and Light service building, 2000 U.S. 27
South, Richmond, IN. Ronald Oler, Ph.D., Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Members’ present was Gary Turner, Doug Goss, Bill Engle, Larry Parker, Dr. Lucinda
Wright, Jane Bumbalough, Jeffrey Locke, and Chair Ronald Oler. Board member Jeff Cappa was
absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager Anthony Foster and
attorney A.J. Sickman. Also in attendance from Indiana Municipal Power Agency was Jack Alvey
and Dirk Garriot.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the
subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2b)
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
