AWARD OF BID - BERGEN STREET & HAYWARD AVENUE
PUMPING STATIONS PUMP REPLACEMENT AND REHABILITATION
WHEREAS, bids for Bergen Street and Hayward Avenue Pumping Stations Pump
Replacement and Rehabilitation was authorized on April 15, 1999 by Resolution #99-
145; and
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999 the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the bid for Bergen Street and Hayward Avenue Pumping
Stations Pump Replacement and Rehabilititation is hereby awarded to:
P & H CONSTRUCTION CO.
in the amount of $16,000 00.

and certified as a true copy of the original
on May 14, 1999
