RESOLUTION NO. 2023-12-05
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH
METRON-FARNIER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RESIDENTIAL WATER METERS
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser's adopted 2023 Water Efficiency Plan recommends
faulty meter replacement and billing database improvements, and has planned and budgeted for
the installation of these water meters
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes the Town Manager to enter into contract with
Metron-Farnier for the installation of residential water meters for a price not to exceed
$140,000 which includes a contingency towards change orders and additional plumbing
materials as needed.
