A Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman, SPBac nErEc
on Monday, July 13, 2015, 10:00 A.M., in the Council Chambers of
the Memorial Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, July 13, 2015
New Jersey.
Upon Individual Roll Call Vote the following were noted present: ROLL CAL,
Councilmember Vincent Bellino
" Dennis DiMascio
" Randy Krum
" Susan Naples
" Joseph W. Sitarz
Noted Absent was Councilmember Jorge Diaz.
Also noted present was Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk and
Robert J. Bergen, Law Director.
The Clerk stated that the notice for this Special Meeting was SDUEvENF OF ME=
mailed to the Home News Tribune and the Star Ledger (as NMCF
informative only) and posted on the Bulletin Board on July 8,
2015. Notice was published in the Home News Tribune on July 10,
2015.
The purpose of the meeting was to take action on various liquor 1 EFOSE OF 'RE
licenses and any other business that may come before the [mRU
Council. Formal action may be taken.

The meeting was opened with a moment of silent prayer and the
Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman.
Attorney Bergen said he would be amending the Agenda to add a
resolution on authorizing the acquisition of 237 Pershing Avenue.
Mayor Reiman explained that is part of the Noe Street Pump
Station Improvements. He said this will be Resolution #15 -153 for
the acquisition of 237 Pershing Avenue from the Babej Family
Trust.
Mayor Reiman than asked for a motion to Amend the Agenda to
include Resolution #15 -153.

Mayor Reiman then read the resolutions into the record. R>BOIU W

1. #15 -147 Approving Renewal of Liquor License #1201 -33-
029 -007 for the 2013 -2014, 2014 -2015 and 2015 -2016
License Terms Pursuant to Special Ruling.
Mayor Reiman explained this is the special rulings we had been Mayor Reirten
waiting on.
2. #15 -148 Approving a Person -to- Person Transfer of ABC
License #1201 -33- 029 -007 Nunc- Pro -Tunc.
Mayor Reiman explained that this resolution renews those %yor Re_non
licenses back to when they potentially had expired.
3. #15 -149 Approving Liquor License Renewals for the 2015-
2016 License Term.
4. #15 -150 Certifying Eriberto Perez and Anthony J. Nacco —
Police Officers.
Mayor Reiman said they were certified off the Civil Service List. %yor RaiBm
5. #15 -151 Approving Emergency Repairs —Roll Off Truck.
6. #15 -152 Appointing John Gozzolino — SLEO 11.
7. #15 -153 Authorizing the Acquisition of 237 Pershing
Avenue.
Mayor Reiman asked if there were any questions from the Mayor Rainm
Council.
There were no questions from the Council.

After no further discussion, upon MMS &C by Councilmembers AAT( R'ED
Sitarz and Bellino and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5)
Councilmembers present, the meeting was Adjourned at
approximately 10:05 A.M.
