INITIATION
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor /Chairman Vizcarra called the Joint Special Meeting of the City Council and Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:18p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938
Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Councilman /Agency Member - Arrighi, Capra, Wong, Zovak, Vizcarra
Councilman /Agency Member -None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager /Executive Director Cole, City Attorney /Agency Counsel
Martin, City Clerk/Agency Secretary Flandrick
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CLOSED SESSION
At 7:19 p.m., the City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency recessed to a joint closed
session for the purpose stated below.
Purpose: consideration of real property acquisition
Property: located in Block A of the Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project
Area
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.8
Negotiating Party: City Manager/ Executive Director
Negotiating With: Property Owner(s) and /or Representatives
Under Negotiation: Methodology, price and terms
Representatives: City Manager/ Executive Director, City Attomey/ Agency Counsel
RECONVENE
The City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 8:06 p.m. with
all members present.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Manager /Executive Director Cole stated no action was taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency Joint Special Meeting was
adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
