APPROVING ADDITIONAL LVIENI:BERS/PROPERTIES
FOR THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has previously established a Special Improvement District
pursuant to Ordinance No. 03 -47; and
4VIIEREAS, the Borough needs to amend and update the properties constituting said District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret as follows:
I . That the listing of real properties, attached hereto shall be added to the preset
SID District property listing maintained in the office of the Director of th
Carteret Business Partnership and the said amended SID property list sha .
constitute the revised SID District.
2. That the foresaid listing of properties shall continue to constitute the SII
District until further amendment or modification hereof.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 7, 2015.
