This is to confirm that at the meeting held by the Architectural Review and Planning
Board on February 27, 2003, your application for a Land Clearing Permit and a Level II
Architectural/Site Plan Review to permit a one story addition consisting of 550 square
feet to an existing Bermuda style home at the above address was considered.
Your request for a Land Clearing Permit was approved subject to Town Manager
approval of a landscape plan that is yet to be submitted. The Level H Architectural/Site
Plan Review was approved with the following conditions: 1) Shutters to be added to new
windows and match the existing. 2) Muntins to be installed on new windows to provide
multi -pane window appearance and matching existing.
If a building permit, including the aforementioned improvements, is not applied for by
February 27, 2004, these approvals will expire.
