WHEREAS, bids for the sale of the engineering plotter were authorized on April 15,
1999 by Resolution #99-144; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on May 6, 1999:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the sale of the engineering plotter is hereby awarded to

and certified as a true copy of the original
