Special Tieeting Sept. 18, 1963
Mayor Groninga presiding.
Councilmen present, Eckhoff, Hippen, Huisman Riekena.
Councilman Ec'_�hoff introduced the resolution entitled, "Resolution
Approving Contract" and moved it's adoption Councilman Huisman
seconded the notion to adopt the resolution. The roll itiras called
and the vote was- Ayes- Eckhoff, Hippen, Huisman a.nd Riekena.
Whereupon the Mayor declared the folloti�ring Resolution adopted:
Resolution Approving Contract
Be It Resolved By The Toti�rn Council Of The Toti�rn Of
Wellsburg, Ioti�ra:
That. the contract executed b,y Raymond Rieblres of Wellsb��rg,
Iotira, on the 18th day of Septerber, 1963, for the Construction of
a Storage Building as described in the plans and specifications,
and which have been signed by the I�Zayor and To��rn Clerk on behalf
of the Toern of Wellsburg, Iowa, be a.nd the same is hereby approved.

There being no objectors to Curb and Gutter assessments„ Councilman
Henry Hippen then introduced the follo���ing Resolution entitled
Resolution Lev�Ting Special Assessments" and moved it's adoption.
Councilman John E. Riekena seconded the motion to adoption. The roll
was called and tn.e vote was: Ayes: Eckhoff, Riekena, Hippen,a�,d
Huisman. Whereupon the Mayor declared the following Resolution duly
adopted: Resolution Levying Special Assessments
Be It Resolved By The Council Of The Town Of Wellsburg, Zowa:
That ,_Whereas, on the 2�nd day of A,ugu�t, 1963, final plats and
for assessments for the construction of 30 inch concrete curb and gutter
placed 45 feet back on the center line of 4th Street from Madison street
to Lincoln Street in the Town of Wellsburg, Ioz�ra, were filed with the
Tawas Clerk of Wellsburg, Iowa, and
That, Whereas, notice of the filing of said plats and schedules
was given by th.e To��rn Clerk in the manner and form as provided b�;T law,&
'That, Whereas, no written objections thereto have been filed
��rith the. Clerk. ���rithin the tine provided for by law.
DIoto, Therefore Be It Resolved By The Council Of The Town Of
Wellsburg, Ioz�ra:
That the final Plats and schedules for assessments for the
construction of 30 inch concrete curb and gutter placed 45 feet back
on�the center line of 1�th Street foam Madison Street to Lincoln Str
within the Town of Wellsburg, Iowa, be:.and the same are hereby
approved and levied.
Be It liurther Resolved that the Town Clerk shall proceed
in the manner set forth by lair with the collection of said
assessments.
