Lem Skidmore , Liaison Mary Chaffee , Sherry Theuret , Administrative Supervisor and Paul Anderson ,
Superintendent .
Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 and March 23, 2020 Orders imposing
strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific
Information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting may be
found on the Town's website at www. brewster-ma .Rov. For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of
Brewster website at htta ://livestream .brewster-ma.gov or on Channel 18. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be
made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means. The Town has established specific email addresses for each
board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing either before or during the meeting, For this meeting, please
send contact panderson@brewster-ma.aoV. In the event we are unable to live broadcast these meetings, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town website an
audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting at http ://`tv. brewster-maigova

• Declaration of a Quorum — Roll call complete by Water Commissioner Baran
• Meeting Participation Statement — Read by Cynthia Baran
• Review proposed FY22 Operating and Capital Budgets —
o To be reviewed at the town meeting instead of reviewing twice
■ Structural changes
• Adding an Assistant Superintendent
• Not replacing Office Staff Position after retirement of employee .
• The presentation will be reviewed at the town meeting .
o Motion by Commissioner Brown to discuss the FY22 budget at the
next meeting
o 2nd by Commissioner Baran
o Roll Call Vote : 3- 0-0
• Superintendent' s Report
o New main installed by CC Construction for Brewster Woods Project .
o Staff completed diversity training
o Superintendent completed OSHA Training ( 1 year class )

o EPA Mandate to be completed by the end of the fiscal year

• 2nd by Commissioner Baron
• Roll Call Vote ; 2 -04 with Commissioner Brown abstaining as she was not at

• Motion by Commissioner Brown motion to approve December 3rd meeting
• 2nd by Commissioner Skidmore
o Roll Call : 2 - 04 with Commissioner Baron abstaining as she was not at
December 3rd Meeting
• One Time Reduced Rates for 66 Compass Way, 260 Seaway Road , 29 Ocean Edge Drive
o Motion by Commissioner Brown to grant all one time reduced rates
