RESOLLI ION APPROVING THE REMEWAL OF INACTIVE A, B.C. LICENSE
k1201 -33- 061 -012 HELD 3Y SC0 31 AIR ROAD, LLC FOR THE 2015 -2016 LICENSE
TERIM PURSUANT TO SPECIAL RULING
WHEREAS, pursuant tc an Act entitled "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages"
l as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Governing
Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, an
application has been filed in due and proper form by 800 Blair Road LLC, holder
of INACTIVE A.B.C. LICE;VSE 41201 -33- 061 -012 for Renewal of said license and
has paid the necessary required fees; and
WHEREAS, 800 Blair Road, LLC did file a Verified Petition with the New Jersey
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for a Special Ruling requesting
authorization for the issuing authority to consider said renewal for the 2015-
2016 License Term pursuant to the promotion of N.1.S.A.33 -1- 12.39; and
WHEREAS, application far renewal has been reviewed and no objections have
been received for the renewal of said INACTIVE license; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the New Jersey Division of A.B.C. reviewed the
petition filed in this matter and has found that the licensee has established good
cause in accordance with the statutory requirements to warrant an application
of the license for the 2015 -2016 license term and accordingly, has authorized
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret to consider the application for
renewal, pursuant to N.1.S.A. 33:1 -12.39 and that the approval granted is
conditional and is based upon the representations set forth in the petitioners
notarized letter of June 23, 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor ad Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of ;Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that upon review have
considered the recommendations made by the N.1. Division of A.B.C. and does
hereby approve the renewal of inactive License #1201 -33 -061 -012 held by 800
Blair Road, LLC for the 2015 -2016 License Term with Conditional Approval
Granted as defined in Agency Docket Number 06 - 15- 101.20519,
BE IT FURTHER P•ESCLV'ED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue an A.B.C. License Renewal to the applicant in accordance
with the apphcaTicr t -i01e if -.. -1 Ruling granted having said
itcensa become efTecuve Juiy 1, 20i5 , m ezpue June 30, 2016,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be forwarded m the State of New
Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Contrci License Bureau P.O. Box 037,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625 -0037.
