RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE FOR THE 2015 -2016 TERNI TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK
NVBEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made application to renew their
Trailer Park License for the 2015 -2016 License Term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants has agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now
or hereafter promulgated; and
NYHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2015-
2016 License Term to CARTERET MOBILE PARK has been approved, effective June
2015 and to expire June 30, 2016.
Adopted this 3` day of September, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 4`^ , 2015.
