RE: ORDINANCE NO. 58-2026 - TRANSFER OF FUNDS
The Clerk’s Office is in need of a new printer for the Clerk. The majority of her work is for Common
Council and the funds are available in the 2021 Council Budget. I am requesting a transfer to cover
the cost of a printer.
The printer is an HP LaserJet M283FDW and will not be available until early 2022. The funds will be
encumbered until that time.
