RESOLUTION NO. 2024-01-07
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF APPROVAL FOR THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE
MEADOWS AT GRAND PARK
Though a letter to Town of Fraser staff received November 15, 2023, Terracina Designs,
a representative of Cornerstone Winter Park Holdings, LLC, requested an extension to the
period of approval for the Final Plat for The Meadows at Grand Park; and
WHEREAS, Cornerstone Winter Park Holdings, LLC, is the current owner of the
property; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has received Final Plat and Final Plan approval to create 21
single family detached lots and 44 multi-family/townhome lots on 12 acres of land via Board of
Trustees resolution 2019-02-02; and
WHEREAS, the period of approval for the Final Plat would otherwise expire on February
6th, 2024 without an extension request; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has made progress towards completing the development by
recording the first two phases of the plat within the initial period of approval; and
WHEREAS, Staff has determined that the applicant's request to extend the period of
approval for the Final Plat is allowed and consistent with the Town of Fraser Land Development
Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
The period of approval for the Final Plat for The Meadows at Grand Park has been
extended by a period of 5 years, with the new expiration date for the final plat being
February 6th, 2029.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF January, 2024.
