RESOLUTION NO. 2024-01-08
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE FOR WATER WELL REHABILITATION AND
MAINTENANCE FOR NORTH WELL 5, AND SOUTH WELLS 1 AND 4.
WHEREAS, the 2024 Budget provides funding for certain water system projects.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Town Manager to sign a
contract with Layne to clean, rehabilitate, and equip three of the Towns water wells
for an amount not to exceed $113,184.
2. Said purchases must be completed by the end of October 2024 or the approval will
no longer be effective.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THIS
17th DAY OF JANUARY 2024.
