RESOLUTION NO. 2024-01-09
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH
MERRICK & COMPANY FOR THE DESIGN OF CLAYTON CT INFRASTRUCTURE AND
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser has planned and budgeted for the Clayton Ct
Infrastructure Design.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser received three bids for this project and has chosen the
most qualified bidder to complete the work.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes the Town Manager to enter into contract with
Merrick & Company for the completion of the Clayton Ct. Infrastructure design for a price
not to exceed $150,000 which includes a contingency towards change orders if needed.
