Committee members present were Carol Appleton, Steven Bergquist, Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ) , Tom Turcketta , George Carey ( Alternate ) , and Sara Provos (Senior Department Assistant ) . Lapira stated that the panels will be located on the southwest facing roof line . ■ Carol Appleton moved to accept as presented . Steven Bergquist seconded . j ■ All voted in favor , i i i 3 i 1 I 3 7� l Brewster Historic District Committee / Minutes of February 8, 2021 Meeting H41 21-29 Jennifer and Derek Stevens, 93 Tower Hill Circle, Map 66 Lot 45 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ Eric Barber of Rooftop Power Company and homeowner Jennifer Stevens were present at the meeting . ■_, Mr.__Barber_stated_,the project will be to install forty- one (41)_ panels on the roof. ■ Chairman Trabulsie noted that the majority of the panels appear to be placed on the front of the home . ■ All members commented that the application as presented does not have a minimum visual impact . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to continue to the March 8, 2021 meeting .
