A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below
and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT-
1. The following descnbed property is hereby declared as surplus:
1 1995 Ford Crown Victona
2 This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a malonty vote of the Governing Body
of Moab City Council this 8's day of January, A D., 2002
