ORDINANCE NO.54-2021
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2021 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for
calendar year 2021 on October 19th,2020 (Ordinance 45-2020); and
WHEREAS, It has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of
money to certain funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following
funds:
A. To: Fund Name:2044 Landfill Account
Landfill Cell Construction $1,637,500.00
B. To: Fund Name: 6402 Sanitary Capital Account
Hayes Lift Station $1,637,500.00
