A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF $15,000 FROM THE USED OIL
RECYCLING GRANT TO THE FY13 USED OIL RECYCLING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City received $20,498 from the Used Oil Payment
Program Cycle 2 (OPP2); and
WHEREAS, appropriation from Fund 3621 Used Oil Recycling Grant
Fund in the amount of $15,000 to the FY13 Used Oil Recycling Grant Program is
needed in ordeMo pay`for costs incurred during FY13;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the following appropriation of
not to exceed $15,000 for Used Oil Recycling Program:
Transfer from unappropriated Fund
3621 Used Oil Recycling Grant Fund $15,000
Transfer to 3621 -45 -460 FY13 Budget $15,000
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6`h day of August, 2013.
