AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 8,2021
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November 8, 2021
in the Council Chambers at the City Building, 50 North 5th Street,Richmond. Chairperson Dr.
Ron Oler called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Member's present was Jeffrey Locke, Jeff
Cappa,Bill Engle,Doug Goss, Jane Bumbalough, Larry Parker, Gary Turner,Dr. Lucinda
Wright, and Chair Dr.Ron Oler. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light was General
Manager Tony Foster.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2022 expense and capital budgets.
General Manager Tony Foster presented to the Board of Directors a recap/review of
2021, and then presented the proposed 2022 expense and capital budgets for RP&L and Parallax.
Both budgets will be placed on the agenda for board approval December 6th, 2021.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
