A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the nght and title to certain property listed below
and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT
1 The following descnbed property is hereby declared as surplus
1. 30 - 2002 Moab Olympic Banners
2 Said surplus property shall be disposed of in the following manner.
Each banner shall be sold for a fee of $50 00 to the residents of Grand
County and Grand County non-profit corporations, at a date and location
specified and published two weeks pnor to the sale Each member of the
public shall enter his or her name on a form provided pnor to the
beginning of the sale. 30 names shall be chosen randomly and one banner
will be sold to each of those individuals
3 This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body
of Moab City Council this 26th day of March, A.D , 2002
