Geo Linds.man, H L Lu!ve, and Neil Okones present.

be notified. to put his sidewalk in proper repair or. ne!v

The council on �bts o!vn motion ordered part of Ordinance
# B5'regardinFr cooper pipe insts.11ati.ons'abeyed. for the
Duration of the tiVar, and that lead pine be used in its stead
for all water connections.
The Treasurers report !vas read, and ordered placed on file.

Council met in special session on the calf_ of the
Mayor- for the purpose of consi.derin�M the purchase of a
Truck Chassis, for the New Fire Ec:uiptmen� which the
Fireman have recently canv�,,ssed the farm community for.
The committee from the Fire Company report that they
are able to get a satisfactor`r 1941 Chevrolet Truck chassis
suite:ble for Fire Truck purposes for � 050.00
It was moved 'oy Kruse second by Lind.ama,n th".t the
pruchasing comr�-iittee buy the above Truck. Carried.
It was moved by Kruse second by Lind�.rnan that the
Firemen be allo!ved to get tl�e Truck and take it to
Luverne Minn. and have the �iecessary Fire Equiptment
installed. thereon.. motion carried..
The Truck referred to a'rove was to be bought from
C F Ardery, at Charles City.
