I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jaynes called the meeting to order at 1:06 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Ivonne Evelyn Umana, Oversight Board Secretary, called the roll:
Present: Board Members Brian Haworth, Linda Payne, Jose Pulido,
Scott Wiles and Chair David Jaynes
Absent: Vice Chair Steven Peacock
Vacancies: County of Los Angeles Appointee
III. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
This time is set aside for Successor Agency staff to update the Board on
important items initiated by staff or previously requested by the Oversight Board.
There were none.

IV. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
1. Recommendation: Approve the minutes for February 25, 2013 . (13-1104)
On motion of Board Member Pulido, seconded by Board Member Payn e,
duly carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board approved the
February 25, 2013 Minutes:
Ayes: Board Members Haworth, Payne, Pulido, Wiles and
Chair Jaynes

Absent: Vice Chair Peacock 1 -
Vacancies: County of Los Angeles Appointee 1 -

V. RECOMMENDATIONS
2. Recommendation: Approve a resolution adopting the Successor Agency
Administrative Budget for the period of July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

On motion of Board Member Pulido, seconded by Board Member Payne,
duly carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board adopted Resolution
No. OB 2013-09, A Resolution of the Oversight Board for the Successor
Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency Approving
an Administrative Budget for the period of July 1, 2013 through December
31, 2013:
Ayes: Board Members Haworth, Payne, Pulido, Wiles and
Chair Jaynes
