RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Sectiou 8 ofthe Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion of the public flora a meeli.g in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of tile opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI) by the Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as tbllows:
1. Tile public shall be exclud~ed fi'om atlending, discussing or participating ill the
hereinafter specified subject mallets.
2. The general nature of the subject mailer to be discussed is as follows:
