JOINT PUBLIC HEARING

Mayor Phelps called the hearing to order at 7:00. He asked for motions from the floor.
Commissioner Lowen moved to continue the public hearing until 7:00 PM on Tuesday,
February 3, 2004 due to the current inclement weather. Commissioner Dancy seconded.
Unanimous, both boards voting.
The members agreed to try to hold the public hearing and conduct the regular Planning Board
business at the February 3 meeting to keep all the projects on track. Upon motion by
Commissioner Gering, Mayor Phelps adjourned the meeting at 7:05 PM.
