I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jaynes called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Cesar Hernandez, Oversight Board Staff, called the roll:
Present: Board Members Brian Haworth, Jose Pulido,
Vice Chair Steven Peacock and Chair David Jaynes
Absent: Board Members Linda Payne and Scott Wiles
Vacancies: County of Los Angeles County Appointee
III. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
This time is set aside for Successor Agency staff to update the Board on
important items initiated by staff or previously requested by the Oversight Board.
There were none.
IV. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTER
1. Recommendation: Approve the minutes for June 3, 2013. (13-4203)
On motion of Board Member Peacock, seconded by Board Member Pulido,
unanimously carried (Board Members Payne and Wiles being absent, and
County of Los Angeles Appointee being vacant), the Oversight Board
approved the June 3, 2013 Minutes.

V. RECOMMENDATIONS
2. Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving a Recognized Obligation
Payment Schedule (“ROPS 13-14B”) for the period of January 1, 2014 through
June 30, 2014, in order to comply with Section 34177 of the Health and Safety
Code. (13-4205)
Tracey L. Hause, Administrative Services Director, presented an overview
of the staff report and responded to questions posed by the Oversight
Board.
On motion of Board Members Peacock, seconded by Board Member
Haworth, unanimously carried (Board Members Payne and Wiles being
absent, and County of Los Angeles Appointee being vacant), the Oversight
Board adopted Resolution No. OB 2013-12, A Resolution of the Oversight
Board for the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Approving a Fifth Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedule (ROPS 13/14B) for the Period of January 1, 2014 through June 30,
2014.

3. Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving the Successor Agency
Administrative Budget for the period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 .

of the staff report and responded to questions posed by the Oversight
Board.
On motion of Board Members Peacock, seconded by Board Member Pulido,
unanimously carried (Board Members Payne and Wiles being absent, and
County of Los Angeles Appointee being vacant), the Oversight Board
adopted Resolution No. OB 2013-13, A Resolution of the Oversight Board
for the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment
Agency Approving an Administrative Budget for the Period of January 1,
2014 through June 30, 2014.

VI. MISCELLANEOUS
5. Matters not on the posted agenda (to be presented and placed on the agenda of

Tracey L. Hause, Administrative Services Director, apprised the Oversight
Board that the Long Range Property Management Plan will be ready for the
Oversight Board’s review and consideration at the regularly scheduled
meeting on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
