A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB ARTS AND RECREATION
CENTER
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center,
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO HEREBY RESOLVE
TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB ARTS AND RECREATION
CENTER
Moab Arts and Recreation Center Rental Fees
Downstairs rooms purple, powerstnp, and kids'
playroom S5 00/hour
Dance, Stage, Kitchen, Foyer $10 00/hour
Practice $10 00/hour
Whole Facility $40 00/hour up to $325/day
Local small meetings (no $ exchanged) No charge, though encouraged to make donation
individually or as a group, or to hold events
here
Labor Set-up, move art, etc
Equipment (VCR/TV, Stage lights, screen)
Furniture (chairs, tables)
S15 00/hour/person
$15 00/day
No charge unless taken offsite Then table
$5 00/day, chair $ 100/day
Storage $5 00/day (this may be Increased by the Director
depending on the amount of space needed)
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of Moab in open session
