THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, AUGUST 31, 2000
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5
p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2000, in the Community Room in the Municipal
Building. Chairperson Bob Goodwin presided with Bruce Metzger, Robin Henry
and Assistant City Attorney Steve Rabe present. The following business was
conducted:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Metzger moved to approve the minutes for August 24, 2000, second by Henry
and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
Henry presented claims for payment in the amount of $24,631.18 and moved for
their approval, second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
Mayor Dennis Andrews was in attendance and thanked all of the board for their
dedication and service over the past years and also the news media especially
Bill O'Hara who is also retiring.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed,
and carried on a voice vote, the meeting was adjourned.
