Chairperson Sumrall called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

2. Public Hearing: Joint Town Board /Planning Commission hearing on Subdivision Code
Amendments relating to Sanitation District Dissolution
Trustee Hoyhtya moved, and Trustee Cwiklin seconded the motion to open the Joint
Town Board /Planning Commission public hearing on Subdivision Code Amendments
relating to Sanitation District Dissolution. Motion carried: 9 -0
TP Trotter gave Proof of Publication and outlined the proposed changes made in the
standards. The changes involved adding sanitary sewer standards to the Town's
standards.
Trustee Brent moved, and Trustee Hoyhtya seconded the motion to close the Joint
Town Board /Planning Commission public hearing on Subdivision Code Amendments
relating to Sanitation District Dissolution. Motion carried: 9 -0.
Commissioner Shapiro moved and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to
recommend adoption of the Subdivision Code Amendments relating to Sanitation
District Dissolution to the Town Board. Motion carried: 6 -0.
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Brent seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 6 -0. Meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
