Invitation for Bid (IFB)
Management Services –BGTV CH.18
The Town of Brewster is seeking sealed bids for an entity or individual to undertake the complete
management of the Town’s governmental cable station on a contract basis as specified in the IFB.
The initial term shall be from May 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 with a one year option for renewal at
the sole discretion of the Town from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
Bid specifications and contract documents will be available beginning April 5, 2021 at the
Brewster Town Hall, Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA between 8:30
am – 4:00 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays or by email request to dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov.
Sealed bids, labeled “Management Services-BGTV” will be accepted at the Town Administrator’s
Office, Brewster Town Offices, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 until April 23, 2021 at
11:00 A.M. at which time and place said bids will be opened and read publicly. The Town reserves
the right to reject any and all offers if not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this service are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B
as amended. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the
lowest price for the initial contract term who can provide the services as specified in the IFB.
The Town of Brewster reserves the right to reject any bids that are not in the best interest of the
Town and/or do not meet the specifications in the IFB.
