Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. and a quorum was not present; the
Council members present informally discussed items until 7:00 at which time a City
Council quorum was reached and the meeting officially began.

ALSO PRESENT: Assistant to the City Manager Haworth/Economic

4. CITIZEN'S ACADEMY FEEDBACK SESSION
Mayor ProTem Blum facilitated the Citizen's Academy (Academy) Feedback
Session.
Staff and City Council received comments and reviews from Academy participants.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:20p.m.
